Providing Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure 1:6 (1cement:6sand) up to all height including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and heights. 1st class bricks.

Providing and fixing NCL Soccular Frame Work (Japani Chaukhat) in door ,window and ventilator frame fabricated from section roll formed out of 1.3 mm thick galvanised steel ( Base steel as per IS 513 with Zinc of 120 Gram/Sqm. Powder Coated with pure polyster powder upto 50-60 micron thick. The over all size of the frame should be 150mmx60 mm with double rebate of 37 mm ,100mm hinges matching shade and holdfast . the frame section shall be cut to length and meter jointed with corner brackets made of electroplated including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Applying Birla white wall care putty two coats over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.
