B) labour charges for refixing of old GI sheet

Providing ridges or hips 60 cm over all in plain G.I.sheet with galvanised iron J or L hooks.bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. Limpet and bitumen washers copmlete including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.0.63 mm thick sheet including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 15 cm.wide 45 cm. overall semicircular plain G.I. sheetgutter with ironbrackets 40x3mm size bolts and nuts and washers etc. including making necessary conections with rain water pipe complete as per design including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 0.63 mm thick sheet including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtr and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all the surplus excavated earth unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges it lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/ removed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a)1:5:10 (1cement:5sand:10 graded stone agregate 40mm nominal size )

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick weled with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping and cenring below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-stu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. in:- (a) Foundation, footing bases of colums etc. and mass concrete.

Providing tor steel reinforcement (Fe 415/ Fe-500 D as per design) for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in postion complete upto all floor levels including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common clay burnt building bricks in superstructure above ground level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) 1st class bricks upto all height including curring and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick masonry in comman burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor two level with cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6 sand) 1st class bricks including curring and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built, up saction in trusses and framed work including cutting hosting fixed in position & applying a priming coat of red lead paint in :- grating framed guard, bars ladders, railing, brackets and similar works including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required patterns in woodan frames of windows etc. With M.S. flats, square bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Plain grill

15mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough /fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastring upto all floor levels including arrrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished evehn and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement :6sand) including curring and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats)to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushin to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat)on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an evenshade including cleaning thesurface of dirt,dust and otherforeign matter,sand papering &stoping including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminum work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with raw plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasters including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust-free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleats angle, aluminum, snap beading for glazinge/paneling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws. Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 nominal mix 1:3:6 ( 1 cement :3 Sand : 6 crushed graded stone aggregate) in walls including curing , carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
