Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applyinga priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works as required including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomerate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/ wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing watering /dewatering upto any lift stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layers when required into plinth sides of foundations consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within any leads including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and Fixing centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. for :- (A) Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets,kerbs and steps etc.

B) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering including curing and carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.All work up to all levels a) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

b) 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all height including curring and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position andbinding all complete Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of gradeFe-500D or more including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground complete. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including curing and carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 40mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.80mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade approved by HPPWD with approved color design and pattern including including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastring upto all floor levels including arrrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement :6sand) including curring and carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece, including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade .painitng two or more coat including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., completeincluding carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours,shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cementmortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete and including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes.110mm dia including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A,including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382,leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.110mm bend including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing.
