Providing and laying stone filling tightly hand packed under floor complete including carriage of materials within all leads,lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer-in- charge

Providing and laying in positio n cement concrete 1:5:10 excluding the cost of centering and shuttering upto plinth level including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer in charge

PROVIDING AND LAYING PCC FOUNDATION(1:4:8)40mm well consolidated inc curing etc complete for foundation

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 20mm nominal size excluding the cost of centering

Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc and removal of form for all height in walls including attached pilasters,butteresses,plinth and string courses etc including carriage of material within all leads ,lifts and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfication of engineer-in -charge

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams at plinth level of grade M20 (1:1.5:3) 1 cement 1.5 coarse sand 3 graded stone aggregates 20mm nominal size

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level

Shifting and fixing of cylindrical stainless steel milk storage tanks manually/ by mechanical means from existing building to proposed new structure site, for this operation the roofing and walls of existing structure will be dismantled as feasible and after that restored the effected structures i.e. floor, walls and roof etcetera in position by using suitable dismantled serviceable materials and replacing with new one materials if necessary as per site requirement complete and disposing of unserviceable materials to dumping site or as directed including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (i) Dismantling of existing G.1./ steel roof, brick/stone walls/ RCC bands and existing RCC pedestal by manual/ mechanical means, stacking the useful material and disposal of unserviceable material at dumping site.

(ii) Shifting and fixing of stainless steel milk storage tank by manually/ by Mechanical means including removal and restoration of hindrance during shifting operation as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

(iii) Providing and fixing heavy duty valve with stainless steel pipes as per site requirement complete.

(iv) Restoration of effected structure/ hindrances by LS using dismantled useful materials and using new one if necessary as per site requirement and as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.
