JOB DISCRIPTIONS:-HAND HOLDING

SYSTEM STUDY, DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION I) Migration from manual to computerized system of inventory through Tally-ERP-9 Software, procurement should be entered in the system with Product/Item details and rates. II) All outward supply from Plant to any where i.e Plant to Plant, Plant to Market and Plant to any organization should be entered in system by generating indent of the same. III) All finished product or by –product, the entries for the same should be recorded in Tally. IV) Computerized billing from tally. V) Generation of periodical statements viz Stock Summery, unit wise and Store wise inventory details in Tally. VI) User-wise security & rights through computerized modules. VII) Synchronization of data from various stores and Plants to Head Office. VIII) Incorporate security and backup for safety from manipulation of records and safety of data.

HANDLDING CHARGES I) Hand Holding to implement the software at least one year which may be extended as per our requirement.
