Providing and installation of S.S. Achute Valves and LOT Cylinder Pigtail 2 feet size, including fixing in position complete and painting complete in all respect with manifold clamps in all leads and lifts in as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge.. ( ISI Make)

Providing , installation and laying of M.S. Pipe Heavy type ISI make (Seamless) , including fixing in position with M.S. Clamps of 1" size and Guli Set of 1" size as required for jointing F type washers, taflon tape ,areldite, insulation foam , insulation solution be deployeed at each joint and other spaces where required ,welding with brass rodes complete in all respects including painting complete. Dismentling of red stone / kota stone & excavation of trench in all type of earth work depth up to 60 cms & laying pipe line through 100 mm dia PVC pipe ISI make Finolax covered with conc. concrete 1:2:4 for protection of pipe line at crossing of pedestrian path & pacca pavement and making it same. Providing & laying cement concrete mix 1:2:4 to cast columns to support the pipe line where the level will be higher than GL . The pipe line should be clamping properly at regular intervals. Gas pipe line will be laid along the hill slopes it should be retained with MS structure at required gradient with angle size 35x35x5 mm of ISI make with vertical posts rests on concrete blocks 30x30x30 cm with base plate having thikness 5 mm @ distance of 45 cm to 180 cm as per site conditions with clamping upto all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge. (Heavy tape) and welding as required.
