Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Sixe of tile 600x600mm including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

P/L vitrified tiles in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS-15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours and shade in skirting, riser of steps laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive conforming to IS: 15477 in avg 6mm thickness, including grouting of joints. including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

15 (Fifteen) millimeters thick cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all heights including arises. Internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 (Eighty) millimeters in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(One cement: Six sand)as per H.P. PWD. Specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-1 (One), including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all iincidential charges. Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture ( two or more coats ) of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade. including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up section, trusses and framewd work, including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

P/F 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped mettalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia wit prepainted limps and rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (HPSR 2009) including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
