Demolishing PCC/R.C.C./brick work etc manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars if RCC work/and stacking of servicable bricks if brick work and disposal of unserviceable material at dumping site to be arranged by contractor at his own level with all kind of taxes etc and as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-incharge and disposing of all excavated earth at dumping site ( To be arranged by the Contractor) as per satisfacation of Engineer -in- Charge through all modes of transportation including head load , animal load or mechnical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechnical means and labour( If required). All useful material such as stone , shingles aggregate and slates Shall be properly Stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per direction of the Engineer -in -charge . Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : PCC 1:4:8 with aggrigate 40 mm nominal size including curing work and excluding cost of form work complete as per specification of Hppwd and as directed by Engineer Incharge with all taxes etc. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
