The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Given the total value of the tender is 4025904.78, the amounts for the above categories would be: - 30% of 4025904.78 = 1207771.43 - 40% of 4025904.78 = 1610436.19 - 60% of 4025904.78 = 2415532.79 In case of composite works, similar requirements apply, with the percentages (30%, 40%, 60%) applied to the advertised value of each component of the tender. For subcontractors, they must have completed at least one work similar to the proposed work, with a value of not less than 35% of the work to be subletted, within the last 5 years. However, no prior experience is required for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh.
