The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed, with a cost of not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. The bidder should have experience in works like substantially completed work, where payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made. Additionally, the bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The definition of similar work includes works like CTR, TSR, TRR, TTR, TWR, TFR, and deep screening, lifting of track, shallow screening, pre and post BCM work, de-stressing, and P.Way linking work. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years. The specific values and percentages mentioned are: - 35% of the value of the work to be subletted - Rs 50 lakh for subletting of work - 90% of the present contract value for substantially completed work - 30%, 40%, and 60% of the advertised value of the tender for similar works - 3 years for calculating average annual contractual turnover.
