Providing and Fixing of continuous line Polyurethane Foam Sandwiched between Pre painted 0.5mm thick Galvanised Steel Sheets with panel thickness of 50mm short Rib configuration for extra strength with off white colour. The panel type will be tongue and groove with density of 40+-2Kg/cum and blowing agent as Cyclopentane. The panels are unique tongue -n-groove joinery for air tight, effective panel to panel interlocking that is easy to install and provide effective sealing. High quality silicone sealant of white color will be applied thoroughly at each and every part of the structure in order to make it leakage proof and properly sealed.as directed by Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing 0.50mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular miodified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.50mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)as directed by Engineer in Charge

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. B.P. Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board /facia/ soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer in charge (Base member of steel work shall be measured and paid separately)as directed by Engineer in Charge
