Providing weepholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Fourty milimetre) nominal size) including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 (Twenty Five) grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 (Nine Thousand One Hundred Three) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All works upto plinth level including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm (Fourty milimetre) thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand): 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm (Twelve Point Five milimetre) nominal size) including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 (One Hundred Five) on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ (Ten Point Seventy Six Litre) 10 sqm. (Ten Square metre) One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) (Three: One) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns).(Five Hundred Microns) The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for forming cavity 5cm (Five centimere) to 11.5cm (Eleven Point Five centimetre) wide incavity walls with necessary weep and vent holes including use of cores and cost of providing and fixing bitumastic coated M.S. ties 300mm (Three Hundred milimetre) long of 25x3mm (Twenty Five into Three milimetre) sectionat not less than 3 (Three) ties per sqm as per approved design. including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (Seven Point Five) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20 mm (Twenty milimetre) cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

6 mm (Six milimetre) cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm (One Hundred into Eight milimetre) size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws, etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in Charge. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% (Five percent) tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Two Thousand Two Hundred Two) (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class (First class) hard wood and well matched teak 3 (Three) ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm (Thirty Five milimetre) thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 (Ten) as per IS : 1868), (One Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Eight) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete : 300x16 mm (Three Hundred into Sixteen milimetre) including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 (Ten) as per IS : 1868), (One Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Eight) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :200x10mm (Two into Ten milimetre) including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 19 mm (Nineteen milimeter) thick water proof termite resistant commercial board box including shelves and shutters, the back side cup board / cabinet shall be 8 mm (Eight milimetre) thick ply and all the cut portions of shelves shall be finished with 6 mm (Six milimetre) thick hard wood edging. The cut portion of shutters from all sides shall also be finished with 12 mm (Twelve milimetre) thick hard wood edging. The shutter from out side shall be finished with 4 mm (Four milimetre) thick vaneer Ply of approved shade to match with panelling including stainless steel hinges hinges and magnetic catcher with in all accessories etc. complete as per detailed drawing as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete: 40 mm (Fourty milimetre) thick with 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size stone aggregate including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 8mm (Eight milimetre) thick stone polymer composite flooring of size 180mm x1200mm (One Hundred Eighty milimetre into One Thousand Two Hundred milimetre) with core made of calcium carbonate mixed with PVC resin with avraison/wear layer 0.5mm (Zero Point Five milimetre) thick 0.5mm (Zero Point Five milimetre) thick over CC Flooring. including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying tactile tile (for vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300x300x9.8 mm (Three Hundred into Three Hundred into Nine Point Eight milimetre) having with water absorption less than 0.5% (Zero Point Five Percentage) and conforming to IS:15622 (Fifteen Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Two) of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm (Twenty milimetre) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge OF AGL / Johnson / Somany/ Its Equivalent. including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm (Eighteen milimetre) thick stone slab over 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent. including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300mm (Three Hundred into Three Hundred milimetre) (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st (First) quality conforming to IS : 15622 (Fifteen Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Two) of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm (Three Point Three Kilograme/Per Square metre) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Digital Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x450 mm (Three Hundred into Four Hundred Fifty milimetre) (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st (First) quality conforming to IS : 15622 (Fifteen Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Two) of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm (Twelve milimetre) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand, Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm (Three Point Three Kilograme/ Per Square metre) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. (Somany tiles/ Naveen Diamond or its equivalent) including all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
