Providing steel reinforcement and Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more approved make i.e. SAIL, RINL,Shyam Steel/TISCO, Jindal Panther (JSPL) for reinforced cement concrete work including bending cutting straightning and placing in position binding all complete upto plinth level as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing prepainted steel sheet Tata Durashine make roofing over steel truss providing and fixing kole metal or equal pre-painted single trapezoidal profiled sheeting 0.60mm (zero point sixty millimeter) thickness having 1060mm ( one thousand sixty millimeter) cover width overall width 1126mm (one thousnd one hundred twenty six millimeter) 28 mm (twenty eighty millimeter) crest depth at 353mm (three hundred fifty three millimeter) plus 2 (two) center to center to crest distance. There will be no ribs at the center for stiffening having crest depth 2.5mm ( two point five millimeter) the main crest width at top 25mm (twenty five millimeter) at the lower 81mm (eighty one millimeter) base metal of cold rolled steel cast with zinc waiting top coat with regular modified polyesters coating of approved shade and balancing reverse coat with polyester paint including fixing of sheet with self drilling and self taping screws of size 5.5mm (five point five millimeter) dia and 55mm (fifty five millimeter)length with EPOM seal complete in all respect as per approved specification, drawintg, design any floor level/ height as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . Providing and fixing 110mm (one hundred ten millimeter) diameter on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes Supreme AKG, Finolex, Prince, Kisan, SEMC, Diplast make conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm (ten millimeter) gap for thermal expansion,-Single socketed pipes as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing 110mm ( one hundred ten millimeter) plain PVC Coupler on wall face unplasticised -PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm (ten millimeter) gap for thermal expansion as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing M.S.BP Sheet TATA make 1.66 to 2.00 ( One point sixty six to Two point Zero Zero) milimeter thick in eaves board /facia/soffit /ceilng including cutting ,fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coatof red lead primer complete any height/any floor level as per direction by the Engineer in charge (base member of steel work shall be measured and paid for separately) complete in all respect including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow Hot finished welded type tubes etc.) trusses, purlins etc San HARVIC Steelman Industries P.D. Industries metal windows, Chandni Industires Ganpati Udyog (Rajpura) Tata and Jindal make., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete upto any floor level/ height as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero point ninety liter per ten square meter) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero point eighty liter per ten square meter) of approved brand and manufacture upto all heights as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials .
