Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 ( seven point five) in super structure above plinth level up to all floor levels in all shapes and sizes with Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections (TATA/ SAIL/ Apollo/ JSW Make ) in framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etcetra as required in gratings, door and window frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th (Fifteenth) post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg (Nine point three eight kilogramme) per 100 m (One hundred metre) (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etcetera complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used With G.I. barbed wire complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

20 mm (twenty millimetre) cement plaster of mix 1:3 ( one cement : three coarse sand) upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying white Cement Based Putty of average thickness 1 mm ( one millimetre) of approved brand and manufacturer (J K White/ Birla White) over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth Exterior Paint of ASIAN- APEX ULTIMA of required shade on New work (Two or more coat applied @ 3.84 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of three point eight four litre per ten square metre) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm (at the rate two point two zero kilogram per ten square metre) complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
