Construction of embankement with approved material obtained at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 metre as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per MORD specification 2014 .The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation/ for all type structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 ( One cement :four sand:eight graded crushed /broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty Millimeter) nominal size in or under wateror ground complete including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and technical specification Clause 802.803.1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge ,including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and laying (M-10 Grade)(M-Ten) Design Mix mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation/ for all type structure complete of plain cement concrete in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and technical specification MORD 2014 Clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and laying (M-25) (M-twenty five) Grade Design Mix mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for reinforced cement concrete in foundation upto all depth/heights for all type structure complete of reinforced cement concrete standard concrete design mix of with cement contents not less than 400kg.(four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre and curing and form work complete in all heights complete as required at site which may arise for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work with steel plates as per drawings and technical specification MORD 2014 Clause 802,803,1202,1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in- chargeincluding carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar (Sail/RINL/Shyam steel Tisco, Jindal panther (JSPL) make) in reinforcement in substructure and superstruture complete as per drawing and technical specification MORD 2014clauses-1002,1005,1010 and 1202 including cutting, bending binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire in all heights including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300mm(three hundred millimetre) below the sub grade level, watered graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 for sub grade construction as per technical specification clause 303.5.2 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive octroi ,royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, or other taxes imposed by the Govrnment.

Construction of gravel/soil aggregate sub base/base by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size grading 80mm as per table 2.3 of IRC SP 77-2008 spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface mixing by plant mix method at OMC wth tractor mount approptiate rotavator attachment and compaction with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications MORD 2014 contained in para 2.2, 3.6 and 3.7 of IRC SP 77-2008 complete as per technical specification caluse 402 for grading -I material including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (pug mill) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/ base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100KN (Eighty to one hundred kilo newton) capacity to achieve the desired density including lighting barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per tables 400.11 & 400.12 and technical specification MORD 2014 clause 406.including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and applying evenly a primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1)on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg (zero point seventy kilogram to one point zero kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per technical specification MORD 2014 clause 502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg.per sqm(Zero point twenty five to zero point thirty kilogram)per square metre.on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification MORD 2014 clause 503 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and laying 50mm thick (fifty millimetre) thick graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH one hundred to one hundred twenty) batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (fseventy five ) tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (VG - Thirty) with minimum 3.3% (three point three zero percent) per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD specification clause No. 504 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and laying 30mm thick (thirty millimetre) thick bituminious concrete with 100-120 ( one hundred to one hundred twenty ) batch type HMP, producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bitumen binder VG-30 @ 5.4 to 5.6% (five point four into five point six percent) minimum of mix and filler ,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH 2014 specification clause No. 509 including carraige of materials within all leads and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST,sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver block pavements having thickness 80mm (ISI mark) including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (two point five millimetre )thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms ( at the rate of two hundred fifty gram per square metre )per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm(two point five millimetre ) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.including carriage of materail within all leads and lifts .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST , sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing cat eye make)(3M) of size 100x20mm ( one hundred into twenty millimetre) made of heavy duty body shall be molded dual shank ASA /Acyclic styrene acyloretrite ) or HP/High impact polystyrene) ort ABS having electronically welded micro prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The road stud shall support a load of 13635 by tested in accordance with ASTM D4280.The slope of retro reflective surface shall be 35+/-5 degrees to base. The reflective panels on both side with at least 12cm. of each area side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification ASTM as recommended in BS-8873 part 4 1973 as per approved sample and manufacture by the Engineer-in-charge .including carriage of materail within all leads and lifts .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
