Steel reinforcement Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more of Tata, Tiscon/ Sail for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six coarse sand) as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm (forty millimeter) dia M.S.tube 1.5 m (one decimal five meter) center to center, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etcetera and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etecetra wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for theworkmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power-driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 50mm (fifty millimeter) average thickness as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, GST, sale tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Drilling suitable holes for dowel bar in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm (one hundred millimeter) upto 200mm (two hundred millimeter) in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars including fixing the steel/dowel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make including the cost of steel, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Upto and including 12mm (twelve millimeter) dia.as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, GST, sale tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government

Cleaning of exposed concrete surface of sticking material including loose and foreign material by sand blasting with coarse sand followed by and including cleaning with oil free air blast as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, GST, sale tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Shotcreting on masonry walls, R.C.C. columns, beams and slabs etc. in layers with approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm (ten millimeter) maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by Engineer-in- Charge Note: Rates shall include the providing necessary ground wires etc. The levelling gauges, if used, shall be paid for separately. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument. 75 mm (seventy five millimeter) thick in Grade M 30 (M thirty) with cement content not less than 340 kg (three hundred forty kilogramme) per cum. as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, GST, sale tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and inserting 12mm (twelve millimeter) dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diameter (20mm to 30mm) (twenty millimeter to thirty millimeter) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm (thirty millimeter to eighty millimeter) at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, GST, sale tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government

Anti-corrosive-Treatment: Clean the existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush making the surface free from loose material dirt etc. complete. Applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer (confirming to ASTM B 117 or equivalent) on the rebars. Then applying IPNET RB on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 (four) hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush. (Mode of measurement - per sqm of breaking area of concrete). as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, GST, sale tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Bond-Coat Providing and applying a bonding coat of 1.5 Cement : 1 Pidicrete URP or approved equivalent construction chemical to the existing dismantled/ cleaned surface, complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in charge. including carriage of aterials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, GST, sale tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Grouting: Epoxy pressure grouting: inside voids should be treated and sealed with mpermeable non-shrinkage low viscous epoxy grouting materials (which are threatening the structural integrity or water tightness with mix density of 1.05 Kg/liter and compressive strength (ASTM C579) of 70 MPa at 7 Days) and then it should be levelled with polymer mortar concrete (PMC). (pressure gauge shall be provided to show delivery pressure of grouting material - vary from 4 kg/cm2 to 6 kg/cm2 epending upon site condition, as per direction of Engineer-in charge.including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, GST, sale tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Supplying and injecting into Cracks /Honey Comb approved epoxy base grouting material as per instructions and specifications of the manufacturer. The injection will be done by gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. as per Specifications- Acceptable product make: Pidilite/CICO/CIBA/FOSROC/Fairmate or equivalent as per direction of Engineer-in charge.including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, GST, sale tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Strengthening structural elements with non-metallic composite fiber wrapping system comprise of uni directional glass fiber sheet (900 GSM) and compatible saturant, by wet layup system including, Surface preparation: Grinding/ moulding concrete substrate, cleaning it with wire brush removing oil, laitance if present, rounding sharp edges to min25 mm (twenty five millimeter) radius etc. complete. Profiling: Applying compatible primer on prepared substrate, Filling the holes and uneven surface with thixotropic putty etc. complete. Wrapping: Wrapping the fiber sheet to structural element at desired orientation using tamping roller to avoid any air voids etc. repeat the same procedure for multiple layer with the interval of 8 hrs. (eight hours) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm (six millimeter) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three fine sand) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm (twelve millimeter) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg (three decimal three kilogramme) per square meter, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, GST, sale tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) (three decimal eight four kilogram/ten square meter) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, GST, sale tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges.
