Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30×30×5mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies upto any height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced cement concrete and plain concrete work as per HPPWD specifications in Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20cm (twenty centimeter) wide as per the direction by the Engineer in charge upto any floor level including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work M-25 (M-twenty five) design mix to obtain compressive strength of 25N/mm² with minimum cement contents not less than 400 kgs.(four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of form work finishing and reinforcement work with graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, stair cases and spiral stair cases above plinth level upto all height in all floor level as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete work of grade M-25(M-twenty five )design mix to obtain the minimum crushing strength of 25 N/mm2 (twenty five Newton per millimeter square ) with minimum cement content of 400 kg (Four hundred kilogramme ) per cubic meter mechanically mixed and vibrated with graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size including curing complete excluding cost of form work finishing and reinforcement in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc up to all heights in all floor level complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars/ Fe-500D or Tor steel reinforcement approved make i.e. SAIL, RINL,Shyam Steel/TISCO,Jindal Panther of (JSPL) for reinforced cement concrete work including cutting, binding, straightning and placing in position complete above plinth level upto all floor height level/height as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to any floor level including scaffolding in all shapes and sizes in cement mortor 1:6 (one cement: six coarse sand) as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, Fixing with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strikeplate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
