Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/cement concrete Grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) desgin mix with cement concrete not less than 400 Kg (Four hundred kilogramme) in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, in sub structure i.e. Abutments, Wing Walls, Return walls and Toe Walls etcetera and the like, including cost of form work and curing complete as per MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1700 and 2100 complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The is rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 100mm (One Hundred millimeter) dia PVC pipe Weep Holes in brick masonry/plain /reinforced concrete abutments, wing wall/ return wall, retaining walls and breast walls etcetra, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV:20H (One vertical : twenty Horizontal) towards draining face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 709, 1206.6 and as per the directions and entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structures in bridge complete as per drawings and MORT&H technical specifications Clause 1600 and 2200, including cutting bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including the cost of binding wire upto any floor level and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, Toll Tax, Sale Tax, GST or other Taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete Grade-M25 (M-Twenty Five) designed mix with minimum cement contents of 400 kgs. (four hundred kilograms) per cubic meter with 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in Deck slab and the like up to all heights, including cost of form work and curing complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement for Reinforced work as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 800, 1205.4 & 1205.5 complete and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutment Retaining wall/Breast wall, Wing walls and the like with approved granular materials complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1604.7 and section 300 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying (to level or slope) 900mm (Nine Hundred millimeter) diameter ISI marked reinforced cement concrete Light duty non pressure pipes I.S class NP-2 as per design for culverts on type ‘A’ (concrete cradle) bedding of M-15 (M-fifteen) grade cement concrete in single row including providing and fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement isto two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonary work in head walls and parapets etcetera as per drawing and MORD technical specification as clause 1106 complete and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced concrete Design Mix RCC Grade-M-30 (M-Thirty) with graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size having minimum cement contents of 430 kgs. (four hundred thirty kilograms) per cubic meter in Bed Block, Dirt Wall and the like etcetera for all heights, including cost of form work and curing complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement for R.C.C work as per MORT&H technical specification clause 1500, 1700 and 2200 complete or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced /Prestressed cement concrete Design Mix RCC Grade-M-30 (M- Thirty) with graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size having minimum cement contents of 400 kgs. (four hundred kilograms) per cubic meter in super-structure in Deck slab for Girder and the like up to all heights, including cost of form work and curing complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement for R.C.C work as per drawing and MORT&H technical specification clause 1500, 1600 and 1700 complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed plain cement concrete M-15 (M-Fifteen) Grade leveling Course below approach slab complete as per drawing and technical specifications or as per the direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer- in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in approach slab as per drawing and MORT&H technical specification Clause 1500, 1600, 1700, and 2704, cement concrete : grade M-30 (M-Thirty) with minimum cement contents of 430 Kg. (Four hundred thirty kilograme) per cubic meter with 20mm (Twenty millimeters) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate and curing complete including reinforcement @ 0.05 (Zero point zero five) tonne per cubic meter and form work complete as per technical specifications and the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, Toll Tax, Sale Tax or other Taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of RCC railing of M-30 (M-Thirty) grade in situ with 20mm (Twenty millimeters) nominal size aggregate true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, (one in five hundred) centre to centre spacing between vertical post not exceed 2000mm (Two thousand millimeters) leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved design, drawings including the cost of form work and reinforcement complete as per MORT&H technical specifications Clauses 2703, 1500, 1600 and 1700 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, Toll Tax, Sale Tax or other Taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing drainage spouts complete 100mm (Hundred millimeters) diameter corrosion resistant down pipe Typical head of 6mm (six millimeters) as per drawings and MORT&H technical specification 2705 or as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, Sale Tax, GST or other Taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 mm, (Seventy millimeters) complete as per approved drawing and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacture/supplier or their authorized representative ensuring compliance to the manufacture’s installations and clause 2606 of MORTH specifications for road and bridge works complete or as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level POT-PTFE bearing consisting of a metal piston supported by a disc or unreinforced elastomer confined within a metal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seals, PTFE surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface, complete assembly to be of cast steel/fabricated structural steel, metal and elastomer elements to be as per IRC: 83 part-I & II respectively and other parts conforming to BS: 5400, section 9.1 & 9.2 and section 2006 of MoRTH Specifications complete

Providing, laying, spreading by mechanically means and compacting to 100mm (one hundred millimeter) consolidated thickness, broken/crushed stone aggregate Grading-I, 90mm to 45mm (ninety millimeter to forty five millimeters) size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using motor grader, rolling with three wheeled vibratory roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening Type-A 13.2mm (thirteen point two millimeter) for Grading-I at the rate of 0.27 (zero point twenty seven) cubic meter per 10 Sqm.(ten square meter) of road surface and binding material at the rate of 0.08mm (zero point zero eight) cubic meter per 10 Sqm. (ten square meter) of road surface area to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD technical specification clause 405 and as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing laying, spreading by mechanically means and compacting to 75mm (seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness, stone aggregates of Grading-II, 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimeter to forty five millimeter) nominal size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using motor grader rolling with three wheeled vibratory roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static weight in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming stone screening Type-B 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimeter) for Grading-II at the rate of 0.20 (zero point two zero) cubic meter per 10 Sqm. (ten square meter) of road surface including biding material of approved quality at the rate of 0.06 (zero point zero six) cubic meter per 10 sqm. (ten square meter) of road surface to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD Technical specification clause 405 and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. (ten square meter) of road surface including biding material of approved quality at the rate of 0.06 (zero point zero six) cubic meter per 10 sqm. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base after and including cleaning of road surface with mechanical brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor and spraying at the rate of 0.85 kg (zero point eight five kilogram) per square meter of road surface as per MORD Technical specification clause 502, as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-I, including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor and spraying at the rate 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilogram) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 503, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded Mix Seal surfacing material of 25mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Type-A) @ 0.338 Kg/per ten Square metre aggregates using penetration grade bitumen @ binders content @ 27.50Kg/10 Sqm or 5.11% by weight and minium density of MSS should be 2.10gm/cc to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 509 , including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying 25mm (twenty five milimeter) thick bitmen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitment of grade 85/25 containing to IS- 702, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope, including providing angled surface with bitmen precoated fine grained hard stone clipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum (zero point zero five cubic metre) per 10 sqm( ten square metre) and at approximate spacing of 10 cm (ten centimetre) centre to centre in both directions presised into surface protouding 1 mm to 4 mm (one milimeter to four milimeter ) over mastic surface including cleaning the surface, removal of debits etc. at carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
