Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete of nominal mix 1:1½:3 (one cement: one & half sand: three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm(twenty millimetre) noninal size, mix design to obtain the minimum compressive strength of grade M-25 (twenty five) in super structure as per drawings and MORD technical specification of Rural Roads clause 800 ,1205.4 and 1205.5 including the cost of form work in deck slab and curing complete including hauling of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge.The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Governemnt.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar in superstructure complete including cutting ,bending ,binding and placing in position, including the cost of binding wire complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1002, 1010 and 1202 or as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax sales tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:5:10 ( One cement isto five sand isto ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm ( forty millimatre) nominal size in or under water and curing complete for 14 ( fourteen) days including pumping or bailing out water, ( surface and sub soil water) dewatering for all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying water complete for all heights and depths including cost of form work as per drawing and MORD techanical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of the octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of the octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, return walls, wing walls and retaining walls complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1204.3.8 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royalty ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2. or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royalty ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with three whell 80-100 kn static roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specifications clause 402. or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royalty ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting to 75mm (seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness, graded, broken /crushed stone aggregate, for Grading-II,63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) nominal size to water bound Macadam, specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty to Hundred) KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming stone screening ,type-B, 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimeter) at the rate of 0.18 (Zero point one eight) cubic meter per 10 square meter (ten square metre) of road surface to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to required density Grading-II as per MORD technical specifications clause- 405 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting to 75mm (seventy five millimetre ) compacted thickness, graded, broken /crushed stone aggregate, for Grading-III, 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty threemillimetre to twenty two point four millimeter) nominal size to water bound Macadam, specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty to Hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming stone screening ,type-B, 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimetre ) at the rate of 0.18 (Zero point one eight) cubic meter per 10 (ten)square metre(ten square metre) of road surface to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to required density Grading-III as per MORD technical specifications clause- 405 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax ,sales tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg (Zero decimal eight five kilogram) per square metre of road surface using bitumen emulsion pressure distributor complete, as per MORD technical specifications clause 502 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 Kg. (Zero decimal two seven five Kilogram) per Square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic brooms/ complete as per MORD technical specifications clause 503 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30 mm (thirty millimetre) bituminous concrete with 100-120 (one hundred- one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at the rate of 5.4 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six) percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax sale tax,GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 Including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax,GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Type-A "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm (three milimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail to be kept 70 (Seventy) centimeter, above road/ground level and to be fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post 150x75x5 mm (One hundred fifty x seventy five x five milimeter) to be spaced 2 mtr (two) meter centre to centre to be kept 1.80 mtr (one point eight zero) meter high & to be kept 1.10 mtr (One point one zero) meter below ground/road level. All steel parts and fitments to be galavnized by hot dip process. All fittings to conform to IS : 1367 and IS: 1364 as amended upto date, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a space of channel section 150x75x5 mm (One hundred fifty x seventy five x five milimeter) and 330 mm (three hundred thirty) milimeters long complete as per caluse-810 cinforming to MORT&H (Ministry of Road Transport & Highway) specifications (Latest revision) including all fitings required for erection at road site of materials or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
