Providing and laying and rolling of open grading premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggegate Either using penetration grade bituman or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve has wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80 to 100 KN. static rollar capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C using Bitumen (VG-10)as per technical specification clause 508 by Manual means including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-B using bitumen VG-10 (ten)as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Five hundred Ten)including carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various location of site of work through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 25 mm (Twenty Five milimetre ) thick with 100-120 (one hunderd -one hundred twenty ) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 ( seventy five ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point four to five point six ) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 (five hundred nine ) complete in all respects including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge The work should be executed as per Job mix Formula approved by department. The rates should be Quated accordingly nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic materials by fully/ semi autometic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of materilas, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foriegn materilas etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
