Providing and laying 30 mm (thirty millimetre) thick compacted bituminous concrete with aggregate of grading-II (two) 13 mm (thirteen millimetre) nominal size using bitumen VG-30 (thirty) grade with bitumenious binder of 5.4 (five decimel five percent) to 5.6 % (five decimel six percent) by weight of mix on thoroughly cleaned surface by mechanical broom and dust removed by compressed air, mixed in computerised batch mix hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH (one hundred to one hundred twenty tonne per hour) capacity calibrated from time to time, mixing of bituminous concrete as per approved job mix formula from approved laboratory, transporting the mixed material in cleaned insulated vehicles covered while in transit or awaiting, tipping and laying with sensor paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem road roller to achieve the desired density complete including profile correction layer and patching of potholes within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials, plant and equipments by mechanical transport conforming to clause 509 of MoRT&H (road wing) specification for road and bridge work.
