Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spreading primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.0 kg per square metre (Zero point seven zero to one point zero zero kilograme) as per table 500.1(a) of MORD technical spacification 2014, by mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 of MORD technical spacification 2014, including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidental as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge. The rates are inclusive , octroi, royality Malkhana , Toll tax , Sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) (one) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg (Zero point twenty to zero point twenty five) kilograme per Square metre as per table 500.2 of MORD technical spacification 2014, on the prepared bitumenious surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. of MORD technical spacification 2014, including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidental as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge. The rates are inclusive, octroi, royality Malkhana, Toll tax, Sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm (twenty millimeter) thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm ( thirteen point two to five point six millimeter) aggregate either using penetration grade bitumen of emulsion to required line grade and lelvel to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in suitable plant, laying and rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN (eighty to one hundred kilonewtons) static roller capacity, as per mord 2014 clause 506.1, finished to required lelvel and grades to be followed by seal coat of type-B as per technical specification clause 508. (By mechanical means) Bitumen (S-90) (Ninety) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidental as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge. The rates are inclusive, octroi, royality Malkhana, Toll tax, Sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in bitumen surfaced laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type -C as per technical specification clause 508.3.4 of mord 2014 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidental as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge. The rates are inclusive, octroi, royality Malkhana, Toll tax, Sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
