Providing and fixing Geo-Textile membrane behind RCC and PCC retaining walls Ocean Non woven Geotextile 3mm (Three millimetre) thickness including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing Single socketed pipes 110mm ( one hundred ten millimetre) dia of Supreme/Fenolax/ Vectus make on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm ( ten millimetre) gap for thermal expansion complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 (Eight to twelve) tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm (Twenty two point five centimetre) depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etcetra and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with upto all leads including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to secifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads and lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, With material conforming to Grade-I size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm (Seventy five to zero point zero seven five millimetre) having CBR Value-30 complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) (fifty three millimetre to zero point zero seven five millimetre) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne (eight to ten tonne) capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying priming coat with bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 to 1.00kg/sqm (Zero point seven zero to one kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom. With rapid setting bitumen emulsion -On WBM/WMM @ 0.25kg/sqm (Zero point two five kilogramme per square metre) including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

2 cm ( two centimetre) thick premix carpet surfacing with With paving Asphalt grade VG - 30 (Viscosity Grade Thirty) with no solvent and with 1.8 cum and 0.90 cum (one point eight cubic metre and zero point nine zero cubic metre) of stone chippings of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 mm size ( thirteen point two millimetre size and eleven point two millimetre size ) respectively per 100 sqm ( one hundred square metre ) and 52 kg and 56 kg ( fifty two kilogramme and fifty six kilogramme ) of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm ( thirteen point two millimetre size and eleven point two millimetre size ) size respectively, with hotstraight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne (six to nine tonne ) capacity etcetera complete (tack coat to be paid for separately).as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm ( two point three six millimetre) and retained on 180 micron sieve (one hundred eighty micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg ( one hundred twenty eight kilogramme ) of bitumen of grade VG - 30 (VISCOSITY GRADE thirty) bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum ( zero point six zero cubic metre ) of fine aggregate per 100 sqm ( one hundred square metre) of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
