Construction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregate and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per technical specification clause 506 including hauling haulage of materials in all leads and lifts and as as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm (zero point two five to Zero point three zero kilogram per square meter) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and Laying 25 mm (twenty five millimeter) bituminous concrete with 100-120 (one hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonne per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six Percent) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification Cluase 509 complete in all respects.. including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
