Cuting in earth work for road formation in all heights and depths in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil ,soft rocks,hard rocks,chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines,grades with cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1603.1 and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of unuseful material for filling in road, ways, camber, embankments for grade improvement and disposal of all surplus materials to required width of the road or approved dumping sites as per directions of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means,along with its leveling fine dressing using machineries,materials,tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanicalmeans and/or labour if required.Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts. The rate are inclusive of octroi,malkana,toll tax,sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.A recovery of useful stones shall be affected for 100.48 m3 (one hundred nine point four eight cubic metre ) at the rate of Rs. 300.00 (three hundred ) per cubic metre on pro-rata basis from each running bill for this item.as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Earth work in excavation for structure such as retaining walls, Breast walls and culverts, Drain, Parapet etc. as per drawing and technical specification clause 305 including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of slumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto any lead dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material in all kinds of soil upto any depth. as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
