(a)With enamel paint other than white.

Providing and fixing Copper oxidised fittings (iron) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)Butt hinges:75x47x 1.70mm

Providing and fixing oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) 250x16mm (two hundred fifty into sixteen milimetre)

Providing and fixing oxidised M.S tower bolts complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)150x10mm

Provdiing and fixing polycarbonated sheet 2.00mm thick in lining with galvanised self driven screws complete with all accessories as required including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing bright finished steel handles with screws etc. complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 125mm

Providing and fixing 0.60mm(zero point six zero milimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material. Hard Roack blasting prohibited and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting of to the required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-charge at site, according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owner of dumping site as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required).All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation the usefull stones as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)1:5:10 (One cement : five coarse sand) : ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty milimetre) nominal size)

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Nominal mix 1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand) : Four graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50(fifty) metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (i) In cement mortar.

Providing wood work in frames of doors,windows, clerestory,windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position including carriage of mateirals in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) 2nd class deodar wood

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) 40mm thick (i)2nd class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood

Providing and fixing oxidised M.S tower bolts complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)200x10mm

Providing and fixing bright finished Stainless Steel handles with screws etc. complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 100mm

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including prepering the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter) sand papering and knotting including carriage of materials in all leads as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats(excluding coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering & stoping including carriage of materials in all leads as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) With white enemal paint.

Providing and fixing chicken mesh in wall surface screws and nails including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dubbing out an old irregular walls average 10mm thick with including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) cement mortar 1:5 (One cement: Five sand).

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sq.M. and under and 10 to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a Lead of 20 metres including carriage of materials in all leads as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Cement Mortar 1:5 (1 Cement : 5 Sand)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (i) Old work (one or more coats) including carriage of materials in all leads as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. including carriage of materials in all leads as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including carriage of materials in all leads as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade including carriage of materials in all leads as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) One or more coats on old work

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth including carriage of materials in all leads as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
