Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess, royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS: 8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom.With rapid setting(RS-1) bituminous emulsion on bituminous surface @ 0.25 kg/ sqm (zero point twenty five kilogram per square meter) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess, royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

2 cm (Two centimetre) premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 (One point Eight) cum and 0.90 (Zero point Ninety) cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm (Thirteen point Two millimetre) size and 11.2 mm (Eleven point Two millimetre) size respectively per 100 (one Hundred) sqm and 52 (Fifty Two) kg and 56 (Fifty Six) kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm Thirteen point Two millimetre) and 11.2 mm 11.2 mm (Eleven point Two millimetre) size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately).With paving Asphalt grade VG - 30 (Viscosity grade Thirty) with no solvent including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
