Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 X 30 X 5 mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres)so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :- within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 40 mm (forty millimetre) thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement isto two sand isto four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D of Tata Tiscon/Sail for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding, cutting, straightening and placing in position complete including cost of binding wires complete upto all floor levels as per approved specifications, drawing, design, as per entire satsfaction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural steel work of Tata / Sail / Reliance / Jindal In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder,railings, brackets, gates and similar works and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm (Zero point sixty millimetres) thick prepainted steel sheet of Tata Durashine / Sail / Reliance / Jindals steels in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six millimetres) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Precast terrazo tiles 22 mm (twelve millimetre) thick with graded marble chips of size upto 12 mm (Twelve millimetre), laid in floors, and landings,jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment tomatch the shade of the tiles, including rubbing andpolishing complete, on 20 mm (twenty millimetre) thick bed of cementmortar 1:4 (one cement isto four coarse sand) Medium shade pigment using 50% (fifty percent) white cement and 50% (fifty percent) ordinary cement complete, as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Precast terrazo tiles 22 mm (twelve millimetre) thick with graded marble chips of size upto 12 mm (Twelve millimetre), laid in skiirting and riser ,jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment tomatch the shade of the tiles, including rubbing andpolishing complete, on 20 mm (twenty millimetre) thick bed of cementmortar 1:3 (one cement isto three coarse sand) Medium shade pigment using 50% (fifty percent) white cement and 50% (fifty percent) ordinary cement complete, as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying 15mm (Fifteen millimetre) thick cement plasters in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto Six sand) above plinth level to floor all level complete including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per drawing, design and specifications, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying 6mm (Six millimetres) thick cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : Three sand) upto all floor levels complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

White washing with lime and fevicol mix on un-decorated wall surfaces (two or more coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt, dust, mortar, dirt and other foreign matter, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand andmanufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan no 20090 of size 530x410 mm (five hundred thirty into four hundred ten millimetre) with integral type foot rests with 100 mm (one hundred millimetre) sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 (ten) litre low level P.V.C. flushing cistern,of Hindware / Cera / Jaquar of star white / snow white and as shown in the drawing / as per details including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and fixing vitreous china pedestal for wash basin of Hindware/Cera/Jaquar of star white/snow white shade at the back for the resption of pipe fitting in all floor level/height complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 150 mm (One hundred fifty millimetres) diametre on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure 4/6 Kg/cm2 (Four/six kilogramme per centimetre square) ISI marked of Finolex / Supreme / Prince including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
