Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning Microprocessor based 6 loops, Networkable Addressable Fire Alarm Control Panel with minimum 640 characters LCD display, 4000 trouble events including1000 alarm log history events, Self Programmable alphanumeric keypad for programming. The panel should be equipped 6 loops and each loop shall have a capacity of minimum 159 detectors and 159 other devices and expendable upto 10 loops. The panel shall work in degrade mode in case of CPU failure, Products not having this feature may offer Redundant CPU. Four access levels, flash EPROM, 240 volts AC power supply, automatic battery charger, 24 volts sealed lead acid batteries sufficient for 24 hours normal working and 30 mintus in alarm condition with the charging capacity of 200AH with automatic charger . The panel shall be complete with Integrated 8 channel Digital Voice Evacuation System Controller capable of broadcasting, Evacuation Messages on same peer-to-peer Network and 2 ways Communication Fire Fighters System capable of supervising all the speaker circuits with adequate zone control and accessories. Failure of Fire Panel CPU shall not result in failure of DVC operation.Products not having this feature must provide dedicated CPU for DVC. The Fire Fighters Telephone System shall be capable of having minimum 30 Telephones in conference in multiple FFT Risers. The panel shall be capable of self programming without any dependancy on dongle or programming software. the rate shall include supply of necessary software & hardware for progamming the panel with all necessary licence. the panel hardware and software shall incorporate the capability to accept additional input from fire protection system such as sprinkler and water flow switch, operation of fire dampers, pressurization fans etc. Panel shall have Modbus/ Bacnet over IP protocol for future integration with BMS. However, for present arrangement FA system will be stand alone with 24x7 monitoring and complete in all respect as required .The panel shall be capable for remote accessibility on a mobile app. The panel shall have proper listing and approval from NFPA, UL,ULC, FM, CSFM,LPCB, VDS,BRE AND as per relevant IS CODE including any petty material, accessory required to complete the job as required including entire carriage with all leads and lifts. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Addressable intelligent Active Loop Repeater Fire terminal with inbuilt turbo isolator, Backlit LCD Display 240 characters display, having Controls for Reset, Mute, Accept , Silence alarms and Self Test, with programmable free keys etc. The repeater panel shall be possible to connect upto 4 repeater panel with each fire detection and alarm panel and complete in all respect as required including entire carriage with all leads and lifts.The panel shall have proper listing and approval from NFPA, UL,ULC, FM, CSFM,LPCB, VDS,BRE AND AS PER RELEVANT IS CODE including any petty material, accessory required to complete the job as required including entire carriage with all leads and lifts. Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Digital Audio Amplifier shall be capable of N:N configuration and shall be dual channel capable of processing 2 of 8 audio channels and total of 100 W at 70.7 VRMS output along with necessary enclosures with local FFT Raiser. The Digital Audio Amplifier shall be fully monitored for fault and alarm reporting. The proposed Digital Audio Amplifiers shall (be Wall/Panel Mounted) not be rail mounted / dependant on Fire Panel CPU for operation. Failure of Fire Panel CPU shall not result in failure of Amplifier operation.The amplifier inbuilt 10-position level adjust and indicator LEDs. Includes a built-in automatic backup tone generator (slow whoop or high/low). The Amplifiers shall be distributed accros the building/floor to manage the sound attenuation problem and for the best sound intelligibility and complete in all respect as required including entire carriage with all leads and lifts.The panel shall have proper listing and approval from NFPA, UL,ULC, FM, CSFM,LPCB, VDS,BRE AND AS PER RELEVANT IS CODE including any petty material, accessory required to complete the job as required including entire carriage with all leads and lifts.
