Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil by manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil , soft rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) and other intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required line, grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D Tech nical Specification Clause 302,1603.1,1603.2, and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts on acquired width of the road and transportation of useful material for filling in road ways, camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to approved dumping sites,through all modes of transportation of useful material including head load or animals transport or mechanical means, alongwith its levelling fine dressing and carriage of machinery, materials, tools equipment safty measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/ or labour if required . Any Loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of all the Contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts . The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana,toll tax, Goods and service tax , worker welfare cess royality or any other taxes,levy or cessin resoect input for or out put by this contract shall be payable by the contractor .The recovery of useful stones for 32.16 cubic metre @ Rs. 170/- ( Rupees One hundred seventy ) per cubic meter shall be done on pro-rate basis from each running bill for this item.

Earth work in Excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D technical specification Clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all leads and upto liftsincluding dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty milimetes) compacted thickness including shorting and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts & other incidntals . The rate includes octroi, royality , Malkana toll tax ,Goods and service tax ,builiding and other construction worker welfare cess royality or any othe tax, levy or cess in respect of in put for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying machanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement five sand ten graded stone ) aggregate,40mm (Forty millimetre)nominal size with 15% (Fifteen percent)Plum in set of parapet including cost of form work with steel plates and bitumen drum filled with dressiest earth as per HP PWD technical specification. The size of the plum shall usually be 150mm to 300mm (One hundred fifty millimetre to three hundred millimetre) as per HP-PWD,Specification clauses 800 and 1200 complete in all respect including including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts & other incidntals as per direction of engineer in charge. The rate includes octroi, royality , Malkana toll tax ,Goods and service tax ,builiding and other construction worker welfare cess royality or any othe tax, levy or cess in respect of in put for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
