Providing and fixing pre-painted sheet Tata Durashine make ridges or hips 60 cm (sixty centimeter) overall of kole metal single skin trapezoidal profile sheeting 0.63mm (zero point six three millimeter ) thickness having 1060mm (one thousand sixty millimeter) cover width cover all width 1126mm (one thousand one hundred twenty six millimeter) 28mm (thwenty eight millimeter) crest depth at 353mm (three hundred fifty three millimeter) plus 2 (two) center to center crest distance. There will be two ribs at the center for stiffening having crest depth of 2.5mm ( two point five millimeter) the main crest width at top 25mm (twenty five millimeter) and at lower 81mm (eighty one millimeter) base metal of cold rolled steel cast with zinc waiting top coat with regular modified polyesters coating of approved shade and balancing reverse coat with polyester paint including fixing of sheet with self drilling and self taping screws of size 5.5mm (five point five millimeter) dia and 55mm (fifty five millimeter)length with EPOM seal complete including dismentling existing ridges in all respect as per approved specification, drawintg, design any floor level/ height as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . Providing and fixing 110mm (one hundred ten milimeter) dia unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50 mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero point ninety liter per ten square meter) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero point eighty liter per ten square meter) of approved brand and manufacture upto all heights as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions make of Hindco Co., Jindal India Aluminum Co. with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge for fixed portion (Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, good service tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 12mm (twelve millimeter) thick make of Novapan, Kitply, National Archid Ply, Action Tesa, Green Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides,flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals.
