Construction of granular sub-base 100mm (one hundred millimetre) compacted thickness by providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three Wheel 80-100 (Eighty-hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per M.OR.D. 2014 Technical Specification Clause 401 and section 400 for grading-1 Material, including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax GST or other taves imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 63 mm to 45mm (sixty three millimeter to forty five milimeter) grading-II, 75mm (Seventyfive millimeter) consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, using template hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN (eighty to hundred static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two millimeter) niminal size at the rate of 0.20 cum (zero point two cubic meter) and binding material at the rate of 0.06 (zero point zero six cubic meter) per 10 square meter (Ten) and to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. 2014 technical specifications clause 405 by mechanical means and including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53 mm to 22.4mm (fifty three millimeter totwenty two point four milimeter) grading-III, 75mm (Seventyfive millimeter) consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template hand packing. rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred)static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two millimeter) niminal size at the rate of 0.18 cum (zero point one eight cubic meter) per 10 square meter (Ten) and to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. 2014 technical specifications clause 1701 by mechanical means and including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying primer @ of 0.70-1.2 (zero point seventy-one point two) kg/sqm using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. 2014 technical Specification Clause 502 7 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 (zero point twenty five to zero point thirty) kg/sqm on the prepared granular surface and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D 2014 technical specifications clause 503 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.2 Percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing of typical informatory sign board as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm (one point six milimetre) thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm 5mm (twenty five milimetre five milimetre) size on back on edge. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm 25mm*5mm (twenty five milimetre twenty five milimetre five milimetre). the angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will welded to 2nos. 75mm 75mm (seventy five milimetre seventy twenty five milimetre) of 12 (twelve) SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M15 (fifteen) grade blocks of 450mm 450mm*600mm (four fifty milimetre four fifty milimetre six hundred milimetre), 600mm (six hundred milimetre) below ground level the top most diamond plate will be welded to middle and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mix syntheticenammel on both sides. Lattering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shades and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing M.O.R.D 2014 Technical Specification Clause 1701 and Annexure1700.1 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 x 450 x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing & Fixing Ordinary Kilometer Stone (Precast) Reinforced cement concrete M15 (fifteen) grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing M.O.R.D 2014 Technical Specification Clause 1703 including carriage of materials with in all 13 leads and lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing & Fixing 200 m stone (precast) Reinforced cement concrete M15 (fifteen) grade 200mtrs stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing M.O.R.D 2014 Technical Specification Clause 1703 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (two point five milimetre) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 (two fifty) gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm (two point five milimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, Breast walls, culverts, drainds and parapets etcetra. in all types of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock and hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and Technical specifications Clause 305.1 and as per direction of Engineer in Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal of material up to any lead and upto any lift, including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material to the orignal surface in layers 16 not exceeding 150 mm (one hundred (fifty milimeters) compected thickness including sorting and sturting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth or any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge and including of carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying cement concrete grade M 10 (Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement three sand sis graded stone graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimeter) nominal size)concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete including form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. 2014 technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and section 800 & 1200 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, myality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm (three milimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm (seventy centimetre) above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm (one fifty seventy five five milimetre) spaced 2 m (two metre) centre to centre, 1.8 m (one point eight milimetre high, 1.1 m (one point one metre) below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and 18:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm (one fifty seventy five five milimetre), 330 mm (three thirty milimetre) long complete as per MORTH 2013 specification clause No. 811 section 800 complete in all respects, including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Routine Maintenance after completion of construction work as per terms and condition of bid document that is 7c(vi) of contract data to general condition of contract and technical specifications of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads August 2004 for rural roads including hauling /carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. As per rates Specified in Bidding Documents.
