Providing prepainted G.S. sheet roofing including vertical /curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required 1.00mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² complete as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 12mm (Twelve millimetre) thick flat pressed 3 layer prelaminated board (Grade-I) IS: 3087 marked, in ceiling with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately) complete as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, truss and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete and as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer complete as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint/Apex of required shade old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.2 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat completed and as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture completed and as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete and as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10mm (Ten millimetre) gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes 110mm (One hundred ten millimetre) diameter complete and as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 110mm (One hundred ten millimetre) dia PVC plain bend ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 250x16mm (Two hundred fifty into sixteen millimetre) anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts or screws complete as per drawing as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 250x10mm (Two hundred fifty into ten millimetre) aluminium tower bolts (berrel type) anodized dyed to required shade or colour with necessary screws etc in doors complete as per drawing as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 125mm (One hundred twenty five millimetre) ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete and as per drawing as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete and as per drawing as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying and fixing 4mm (Four millimetre) glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken glass panes wherever necessary complete and as per drawing as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing andosied aluminium work for door window, ventilator and partitions with extrued built up standard tublurand other sections of approved make confirming of IS 733 and IS 1285 andosied transparent fixed with rawl plugs and screw or with fixing clips with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge The rates including including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, sale tax, GST or any taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket etcetra complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) With float glass panes of 4.0mm (Four point zero millimetre) thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge The rates including including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any taxes imposed by the Government

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture in two coats to give an even shade complete as per drawing as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
