Engagement of 1No. carpenter in residential & non residential buildings to construct and put into position doors, windows, frame stairs, trusses etc and to attend all type of furniture repair to prepare and repair of wood in fixture can prepare and assembly timer trusses and join timber pieces in treason and compressing numbers thereof should be capable of preparing estimate of materials for different jobs any other duty assigned by the junior Engineer. Engagement of 1 No. plumber to various Building for assemble install maintain and pressure test all pipes, fittings and fixtures of heating water sanitary drainage sprinkler according to specification and plumping codes to determine sources of plumbing malfunction and complete repairs as indicated according to work orders, install and repair pipes, fittings,valves, fixtures and plumbing system equipment including sinks commodes, water heaters, water softeners etc to select material and hardware and make time and materials estimates to maintain accurate records on tools, equipment, and materials and labour. He shall be responsible for laying jointing all kind of pipes and special i.e C.I G.I HCI. PVC lead pipes etc making ferrule connections repair to leakages etc and other misceilaneous works/jobs at treatment plan/water works and pumping stations etc. He shall also be responsible be reporting and assisting the Engineer-in-Charge (i) One No. Plumber for 225 Days) T&P, Tools, dress, safety, equipements etc.

Engagment of 1 No Sewer Man to performs semi-skilled work in connection with the maintenance and operation of a sewer system, operates catch basin cleaner, Removes obstructions form sewers with sewer rods and sever cables, Pumps out cellars of excavations, that have become flooded as the result of storms, Repairs sewers, manholes and catch basins and other related jobs. He is responsible for every day inspection, Maintance and complaint disposal and other duty assigned by the Junior Engineer. (One No. Sever Man for 225 Days).
