Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera; with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Lintals beams, plinth beams, cantilevers, girders, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications, entire satisfaction and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement; four sand; eight graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement; one point five sand; three graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement; one point five sand; three graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement; one point five sand; three graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D of Tata Tiscon/Sail for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding, cutting, straightening and placing in position complete including cost of binding wires complete upto all floor levels as per approved specifications, drawing, design, as per entire satsfaction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non modular) building bricks of class designation 7.5 (Seven point five) in super-structure upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto Four sand) and curing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm (Zero point sixty millimetres) thick prepainted steel sheet of Tata Durashine / Sail / Reliance / Jindals steels in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six millimetres) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural steel work of Tata / Sail / Reliance / Jindal riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing M.S. B.P. sheet 2.0mm (Two point zero milimetres) thick eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-Incharge (Base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separately) including fixing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 4mm (Four millimetre) thick ACP sheet cladding with necessary aluminium frame, cleats and shall be fixed to the masonary / RCC walls with necessary clamps, galvanised M.S. brackets and anchor fasteners and all joints of ACP shett must be sealed with approved sealent of approved colour complete as per the instruction of Engineer-Incharge (Base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separately) including fixing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (Fifteen millimetre) thick cement plasters in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth witth cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : Four sand) above plinth level to floor all level complete including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per drawing, design and specifications, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

6mm (Six millimetres) thick cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : Three sand) upto all floor levels complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc; Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.. complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing stone cladding upto any lead/heights with 18mm (Eighteen millimetre) thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size fixed to columns and walls over 20 mm (Twenty millimetre) (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : Four coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as per Architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Wiring for light/fan point/exhaust fan/call bell with 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated heat resistant flame retarandt (HRFR) and laow smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cab;e in surface /recessed steel conduit with modular switch, modular plates, suitable G.I. box and earthing the light point with 1.5sq. mm HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable as required necessary fitting complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Group-C). The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Wiring for twin control light point with 1.5sq. mm PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardanr (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in surface / recessed steel consuit with 2-way 5/6 amps moudular switch, modular pl;ates suitable G.I. box and earthing the light point with 1.5sq. mm HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable as required necessary fitting complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Group-C). The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Wiring for light plug with 2x1.5 Sq. mm PVC insulated heat reistant flame retardanr (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in surface / recessed steel conduit along with 1 No. 1.5 Sq mm HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper counductor cable for earthing as required necessary fitting complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying and fixing G.I. modular box of (140mmx78mmx50mm) size with modular plate and cover in recess including providing and fixing 5 pin 15/16 amps modular socket oulet and 15/16 amps, modular awitch connections etc as required necessary fitting complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying and erection of 6 amps to 32 amps rating 10 KA breaking capacity, 240 volts, "C" curves miniature circuit breaker of following pole in the existing MVB DB complete with connections etc; as required necessary fitting complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
