Applying Birla white wall care putty with two coats ( JK wall putty/ Birla white putty ) to achieve avrage thickness of 1mm ( one milimetre ) over plastered surfaces after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping, dust, loose materials and other foreign matter coarse sand papered smooth to give fine finish to the surface complete upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint (ASAIN/NEROLAC/ICI-DULUX ) of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in Charge.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apex Ultima Asian Paints) or its equivalents on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surfaces to remove all dirt dust and other foreign matter etcetera including coarse sand papered smooth complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing plinth protection 50mm (Fifty millimeters) thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : three coarse sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeters) nominal size) including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying HD Series rectified ceramic tiles of (Kajaria/RAK/AGL) or its equivalent or its equivalent 300x300x8mm ( three hundred into three hundred into eight millimetre) manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring kerb laid over 12mm ( twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete in pattren finish of approved ,colour and shade upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals in pattern finish approved by the Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections (TATA/JINDAL/SAIL Make or ISI mark primary manufactures ), trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint upto all floor level in all heights In trusses, rafters, purlins, hip & jack rafters in building and the like works including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. Providing and fixing 0.60mm (Zero point sixty millimetres) thick prepainted steel sheet roofing over steel trusses (TATA/JINDAL/SAIL Make ). Prepainted single skin trapezoidal profile sheeting 0.60mm (Zero point sixty millimetre height) having 1060mm (One thousand sixty millimetres) cover width (overall width 1126mm (One thousand one hundred twenty six millimetres) 28mm (Twenty eight millimetres) crest depth at 353+2 centre to centre crest distance. There will be two ribs at the center for stiffening having depth of 2.5mm (Two point five millimetres). The main crest width at top of 25mm (Twenty five millimetres) and at the lower 81mm (Eighty one millimetres) base metal of cold rolled steel coil with zinc coating. Top coat with regular modified polyester coating of approved shade and balancing reverse coat with polyster paint.
