Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (one Cement : three coarse sand : six graded as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc for mass concrete. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5(twelve point five) conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) with modular bricks as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm(fifteen millimetre) cement lime plaster in single coat,on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm(eighteen millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4(one cement : four sand)as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, good service tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Making plinth protection 50mm (fifty millimetre) thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three coarse sand (zone - III) : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty millimetre) nominal size) over 75mm(seventy five millimetre) thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm(forty millimetre) nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel (Tata/Sail) work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing M.S BP sheet (Tata Durashine)1.66mm (one point sixty six millimetre)to 2mm(two millimetre) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/celling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and appling a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer in charge (base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm(eight millimetre) diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required 0.63 mm(zero point sixty three millimetre) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m²(two hundred seventy five gram per ten square metre) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm(sixty centimetre) overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm(eight millimetre) dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete 0.80 mm(zero point eighty millilmetre) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²(two hundred seventy five gram per metre square ) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm(twenty millimetre) (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (one cement : four coarse sand) :25mm(twenty five millimetre) thick upto all floor level as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint of Nerolac/Asisan/Dulux/Berger system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm(zero point ninety litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm(zero point eighty litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing supplying and fixing precast-cost iron graden benches six feet long setting of 3(three) person capacity finished painted with all accesses as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.
