Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (one cement:two sand:four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

(i) Columns, pillars posts and struts upto all floor level.

(ii) Suspended floor roofs, landing shelves and their support balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers pillar posts and struts upto all floor level .

Providing Tor steel Fe-500D or SAIL/ TISCO reinforcement for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all heights including cost of binding wires completed and other incidentals due for its completion for all floors level.as per HP.PWD Specification clause 2.28.2. including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. As per HP.PWD specification 1990 vol-I clause 2.28.1.

Brick work using 2nd class common brunt clay building bricks in super- structure above plinth level upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 ( one cement: six sand) as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position sall wood. as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint.In beams joists channels ,angles , tee ,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams,hip and jack rafters,purlins connected to common rafters and the like as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm (point sixty millimeter). thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of plyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J of L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm (six millimeter). dia meter with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesories as required including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm ( Sixty centimeters ) over all with 0.60mm (Zero point sixty millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating 20 (Twenty ) microns over 5(Five) microns primer coating plus back coat of polyester of 5(Five) micron over 5(Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 6mm ( Six millimeters) diameter and prepainted GI limpet & Bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the the direction of Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing valley 60 cm (sixty centimeter) overall 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimeter )thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5(five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) dia with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
