Applying Birla White/ J.K white two or more coats wall care putty over plastered surfaces after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final finish to the surface complete upto all floor level as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Octroi, toll tax , GST Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Wall painting (Two caots) with premium emulsion paint of Asian/ Dulux / Berger paits/ Nerolac paints (above Dado/skirting) of approved brand and manufactured for exterior grade on undecorated concrete/sotne/plasted wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surfaces freee from free from mortar drooping and other foregin matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for matting the surfaces smooth as per Architectural drawing, design and specification.The rate inclusive of Octroi, toll tax , GST Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a coat of red lead paint in trusses, trussed purlins and sunshades in building complete as per drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with perpainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm dia and perpainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing WPC ( Wood Plastic Composite ) Panelling/ Liming interior side l/Cutting fixing in position up to all lead and lift. The WPC also eco wood wall pannel, not easy to deform moisture proof insteasd and with like all type of decorative coloure as per direction of engineer incharge including carriage of materials and other incidentals.

Design supply & installation of suspended Spider Glazing system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel Spider & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins 21 mm thick. The Glass fins and glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/ beams by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of 50x25x2mm using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints between glass panels (6 to 8 mm) and gaps at the perimeter & in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof. The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing including approval from structural designer, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated glass etc. all complete. For the purpose of payment, actual elevation area of Glazing including thickness of joints and the portion of Glass panel inside the SS channel shall be measured.
