Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 (Ten) metres span and 5 (Five) metres height including stacking the material within 50 (Fifty) metres lead : Of sectional area below 40 (Forty) square centimetres. including disposal of material within 50 (Fifty) metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in -charge.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 (Fifty) metres lead of: G.S. Sheet including disposal of material within 50 (Fifty) metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in -charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m (Fifty) metre lead. including disposal of material within 50 (Fifty) metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in -charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (Seven point five) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes. including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with : 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) : 2011 (Board with BIS certification marks) (DSR 12.45.1) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm ( Zero point sixty millimeter) thick pre-painted G.I sheet of TATA/ /DUROSHINE in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 ( Twenty ) micron over 5 ( Five ) miocrons primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 ( Five ) microns over 5 ( Five) microns primer coating including fixing with pre-painted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts , 6mm diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm (Sixty) centimetreoverall width plain pre-painted steel sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm (Eight) milimetre dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.63 mm (zero point sixty three) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m² including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing valleys of 90 cm (Ninety) centimetre wide overall in plain pre-painted steel sheet fixed with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm (Eight) milimetre dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete :1.60 mm (One point sixty) milimetre thick with zinc coating not less than 350 gm/m² including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm (Forty) milimetre dia M.S. tube 1.5 m (One point five) metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. lead as per direction of Engineer - in -charge.

Bond Coat Providing and applying a bonding coat of 1.5 Cement : 1 Pidicrete URP or approved equivalent construction chemical to the existing dismantled/ cleaned surface, complete at all levels and including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Grouting: Epoxy pressure grouting: inside voids should be treated and sealed with impermeable non shrinkage low viscous epoxy grouting materials (which are threatening the structural integrity or water tightness with mix density of 1.05 Kg/liter and Compressive strength (ASTM C579) of 70 (Seventy MPa at 7 (Seven) Days and then it should be levelled with polymer mortar concrete (PMC). (pressure gauge shall be provided to show delivery pressure of grouting material - vary from 4 kg/cm2 to 6 kg/cm2 depending upon site condition, as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Supplying and injecting into Cracks / Honey Comb approved epoxy base grouting material as per instructions and specifications of the manufacturer. The injection will be done by gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. as per Specifications- Acceptable product make : Pidilite/CICO/CIBA/FOSROC/Fairmate or equivalent. including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced/plain cement concrete/brick masonry/CC block masonry/stone masonry with power driven drill machine in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for anchoring wire mesh including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. up to and including 12 mm (Tweleve) milimetre dia. (i) for depth above 200 mm (Two hundred) milimetre up to 300 mm (Three hundred) milimetre. including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Shotcreting R.C.C. columns, beams and slabs etc. in layers with approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm (Ten) milimetre maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by Engineer- in- Charge Note: Rates shall include the providing necessary ground wires etc. The levelling gauges, if used, shall be paid for separately. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument. 60mm (Sixty) milimetre thick in Grade M -30 (Thirty) with cement content not less than 340 kg (Three hundred forty) Kilogramme per cum. including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and embedding 65 mm (Sixty five) milimetre long staplers for fixing of WWM, including cutting, bending and placing in position all complete as per drawing/ design.) including carriage of all labour quipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm (six) milimetre thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand). including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm (Forty) milimetre thick with 20 mm (Twenty) milimetre nominal size stone aggregate. including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement plaster skirting up to 30 cm (Thirty) centimetre height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 18 mm thick including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors. 40 mm (Forty) milimetre wide and 4 mm (Four) milimetre thick including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer. including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty) milimetre nominal size). including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers. including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling old,windows and clerestory windows ( steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking withim 50m (Fifty) metres lead: of area 3 sqm (Three) square metres and below. including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing of Doors chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floors or walls cutting masonry for holdfasts, embedding hold fasts in cement concrete blocks of size 15x10x10 cm with cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty) milimetre norminal size), painting two coats of approved wood preservative to sides of chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete , incliding disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer- in charge.

Fixing of windows in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floors or walls cutting masonry for holdfasts, embedding hold fasts in cement concrete blocks of size 15x10x10 cm with cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty) milimetre norminal size), painting two coats of approved wood preservative to sides of chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete , incliding disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer- in charge.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete 50 mm (Fifty) milimetre average thickness material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. .

Anti-corrosive Treatment: Clean the existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush making the surface free from loose material dirt etc. complete. Applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer (confirming to ASTM B 117 or equivalent) on the rebars. Then applying IPNET RB on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 (Four) hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush. (Mode of measurement - per sqm of breaking area of concrete). including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and inserting 12mm (Tweleve) milimetre dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm (Thirty) milimetre to 80mm (Eighty) milimetre at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Gunitting Work 40 mm (Forty) milimetre thick gunitting work on wall surface in cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by Engineer- in- Charge Rates shall include the providing necessary machinery, ground wires, levelling gauges etc. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument. including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Strengthening structural elements with non metallic composite fiber wrapping system comprise of uni-directional glass fiber sheet 900 (Nine hundred) GSM and compatible saturant, by wet layup system including, Surface preparation: Grinding/ moulding concrete substrate, cleaning it with wire brush removing oil, laitance if present, rounding sharp edges to min 25 mm (Twenty five) milimetre radius etc. complete. Profiling: Applying compatible primer on prepared substrate, Filling the holes and uneven surface with thixotropic putty etc. complete. Wrapping: Wrapping the fiber sheet to structural element at desired orientation using tamping roller to avoid any air voids etc. repeat the same procedure for multiple layer with the interval of 8 hrs. (Eight) hours including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wire Mesh Stripe: Providing and fixing 1000 mm x 75 mm (One thousand in to seventy five) milimetre wire mesh strip of hard drawn steel wire mesh of size 35x35x3.5 mm or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete/ wall surface on both side by means of 16 mm dia nut & bolt for masonry and "L" shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved by Engineer-incharge. ) including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of exposed concrete surface of sticking material including loose and foreign material by sand blasting with coarse sand followed by and including cleaning with oil free air blast as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm (Ten) centimetre. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm ( One point five) thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 (Four) hours followed by water curing for 48 (Forty eight) hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm (Thirty) centimetre on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. including carriage of all labour equipments and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts to various locations through all modes of transportation and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
