Providing, laying and rolling 30mm (Thirty millimetre) compacted thickness cold mix bituminous concrete with 75 (Seventy five) TPH drum mix plant for cold mixes type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregate 13.2 mm (Thirteen decimal two millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous emulsion (MSD) at the rate of 8% (Eight) percent of mix weight, using cement as filler with quantity not less than 2% (Two) percent by weight of total aggregate, transported to site laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (Twelve to fifteen) tonne with tyre pressure of at least 0.56 MPa (zero decimal five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH technical specification section-500 as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete 80 mm (eighty millimeter) thick inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 (M-fifty) grade including M-30 (M-thirty) grade concrete edge block 300 mm x 300 mm x 150 mm (three hunderd millimeter into three hundred millimeter into one hundred fifty millimeter)of grey or coloured shade. Interlocking Concrete block pavement shall consist of surface layer of appropriate sized concrete paving blocks paved and compacted over 25 mm (twenty five millimeter) thik bedding sand layer of specified grading, which is spread over a properly constructed and profiled base course and is bounded by properly installed edge restraints. The joints shall be filled by fine sand of specified grading. Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per M.O.R.D. specification and drawing . Three MS plates of 1.6 mm ( one point six millimetre) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm ( twenty five millimetres into five millimetres) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (Twenty five millimetre into twenty five milimetres into five millimetre). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos.
