Supplying and erection of 40/50/63 amps rating, 10 KA breaking capacity, 415 volts, 'C' curves, miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections etc. as required complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge. i) Triple pole & Neutral.(Category-A) Make : L&T / Legrand / ABB / SIEMENS.

Supplying and fixing of following way, single pole and neutral sheet steel MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface / recess, complete with tinned copper bus- bar, wire-set, neutral link, earth bar, din-bar, detachable gland plate, blanking plate, cable, identification labels interconnections, phosphatized and powder painted, including earthing etc. as required complete in all respect. as per entire satisfcation of engineer in charge. Supply,Erection,Installation and Commissioning of UniEarth Maintenance free chemical earthing system consisting of environment friendly ground enhancing compound ‘G.E.C’ 50 kg or as required at site having anticorrosive and hygroscopic properties to replace excavated soil. It should consist of “Uniearth” Copper bonded electrodes , as per site conditions and soil resistivity at various depth levels and different terrains. The electrodes should have coating of 250 microns of molecularly bonded pure electrolytic copper (99.9%) in 2 metre length, 17.2 mm diameter, Terminal joint 200x25x6mm GI Strip with exothermic welds. The electrode should be duly tested and certified by CPRI for 30 kA short time current test for 1 sec rms. with The earth pit cover 300 mm x 300mm will be heavy duty type made of FRP with a openable lid for periodic inspection of the earth pit.

Supplying and laying 8 SWG Copper wire at 0.50 mtr. below ground level for earth electrode conductor, including soldering etc. as required complete in all respect. as per entire satisfcation of engineer in charge.
