Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat at the rate of 0.30Kg ( zero decimal three zero kilogramme) per square metre, 20 mm ( twenty millimeter) compacted thickness, composed of crushed stone aggregate 13.2mm ( thirteen decimal two millimetre) to 5.6mm ( five decimal six millimetre aggregate at rate of 0.27 cum ( zero point two seven cubic metres), mixed with Bitumen VG-30 at the rate 1.46 Kg (one point four six kilograme ) per square metres of road surface to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant 30/40 ( Thirty/ Forty) Tonne per hour capcity, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying mannualy to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 ( Eighty-hundred) KN static road roller, finished to required level and seal coat seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B as per technical specification clause 510 using BITUMEN VG - 10 at the rate of 0.68 kg ( zero point six eight kilogram) premixed with 0.006 ( zero point zero-zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate per Sqm. ( square metre) heated in mini hot mix plant and laying manually of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8-10 ( eight to ten) tonne capacity specification Clause 1904.2,503 and 508.1, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg.per sqm (Zero point two hundred seventy five kilogram) per square metre.on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification .clause 503 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and laying 30mm thick Bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.5 per cent of mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.The Hot Mix Plant should be situated with in the distance of 30 km (Thirty Kilometer) from wotk site.
