Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. The rates includes octori, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.225 Kg. ( Zero decimal two two five kilogram) per ten Square metres on the prepared bituminous surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503, as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octrai, royality, Malkana. toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 25mm (twenty five millimetre) compacted thick Bituminous Concrete with crushed stone aggregate of grading -II (Two), 13.2 (Thirteen point two) millimetre nominal size, using bitumen VG-10 (VG-Ten) minimum 5.5% (Five point five percent) of weight of mix and filler on thoroughly cleaned surface by mechanical broom and dust removed by compressed air, mixed in computerised batch mix/HMP of 80-100 (Eighty to hundred) TPH capacity calibrated from time to time, mixing the bituminous concrete, transporting the mix material in clean insulated vehicles covered while in transit or awaiting, tipping and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required level alignment and grade, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem power road roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 507( 5th revision) complete , within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials, plants and equipments by mechanical transport, as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
