Painting one or more coats on old work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of zero point seven five litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on old work (one or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work (one or more coats) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade two or more coats applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of zero point eight zero litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etcetera complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (one millimetre) , of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm (twelve millimetre) to 20 mm (twenty millimetre) in patches of area 2.5 (two point five) squaremeters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four fine sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 20mm (twenty millimetre) diametre curtain rods of 1.25 mm (one point two five millimetre) thick chromium plated brass plate, with two chromium plated brass brackets fixed with C.P. brass screws and wooden plugs, etcetera wherever necessary complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm(one hundred twenty grams per squaremetre) (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm (twenty five millimetre) wide x 1.6 mm (one point six millimetre) thick with flanges of 27 mm (twenty seven millimetre) and 37mm (thirty seven millimetre), at 1200 mm (one thousand two hundred millimetre) centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia (twelve point five millimetre) x 50mm (fifty millimetre) long with 6mm (six millimetre) diametre bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm (twenty five into ten into zero point five zero millimetre) of required length with nuts and bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm (forty five into fifteen into zero point nine millimetre) running at the spacing of 1200mm (one thousand two hundred millimetre) centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm (zero point five millimetre) thick bottom wedge of 80 mm (eighty millimetre) with tapered flanges of 26 mm (twenty six millimetre) each having lips of 10.5 mm (ten point five millimetre), at 450 mm (four hundred fifty millimetre) centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm (two point six four millimetre) diametre x 230 mm (two hundred thirty millimetre) long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm (zero point five millimetre) thick 27 mm (twenty seven millimetre) high having flanges of 20 mm (twenty millimetre) and 30 mm (thirty millimetre) long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm (four hundred fifty millimetre) centre, with 25mm (twenty five millimetre) long dry wall screws @ 230 mm at the rate of two hundred thirty millimetre) interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm (three point five into twenty five millimetre) at 230 mm c/c (two hundred thirty millimetre centre to centre), including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3(three) layers covering upto 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of 12.5mm (twelve point five millimetre) thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
