Providing laying spreading and compacting by manual means 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness broken /crushed of stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-II to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred ) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven decimal two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum (zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding material at the rate of 0.06 (zero decimal zero six) cubic metre per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 405 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.225 kg (zero point two two five kilograme) per/ Square metre on the prepared Bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section No. 503 or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing , laying and rolling of close-graded Mix-Seal Surfacing , surfacing material of 25 mm (twenty five millimetre) compacted thickness composed of Type-A 11.2 mm (eleven decimal two millimetre) to 0.09 mm (Zero point zero nine millimetre) nominal size crushed stone aggregate at the rate of 0.338 cum (Zero point three three eight cubic meter) per ten Square meter mixed with penetration grade bitumen V-G-10( Viscosity Grade -Ten) at the rate of binder content at the rate of 27.50 Kg(Twenty seven point five zero kilogram) per ten Square meter or 5.11 % (five decimal one one percent) by weight and minimum density of mix seal surfacing should be 2.10 gm (two decimal one zero) gram/Cubic centimeter to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 (eight to ten) KN static roller , finishing to required level and grades excluding the cost of tack coat inclusive of all corrective measures such as laying of profile corrective coarse for all depth construction of super elevation and camber , where required as MORD Technical Specification Section 500 in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer in Charge including carriage of material within all leads , lifts and others incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, Tol tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.
