The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing Pain wood 12mm (Twelve milimeter) thik ceilling with tongued and grooved jointing and wood screws (framework and cover fillters to be measured and paid for separately)etc.complete up to all fl0or level. including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Polishing on wood work with ready mixed wax polish of approved brand and manufacture new work upto all floor level as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing PVC flexible foam sheet 2 mm thick on existing door shutters item no (bathroom and W.C. doors) behind wall linning, under wooden flooring complete up to all flor level.The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains in ordinary rock / all kind of soil (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, upto all leads and lifts, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all lead and lifts and disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as directed by Engineer-in-charge all leads and lifts including clearing of jungle.Pick Jumper work and than disposing of all surplus unserviceable excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST, Labour Cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement: three coarse sand: six graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in all work upto plinth level as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make Hindalco, Jindal, Indian Aluminium Company conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete for fixed portion Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) complete upto all floor level as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing fly proof MS wire gauge of ( Horse fly make or its equivalent ).140g with wire of dia 0.71mm to window i/c beading including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete upto all floor level as per requirement and direction of Engineerin-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax, GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing glazing with float glass panes of 5 mm (five millimeter) thickness (weight not less than 13.75 kg/ sqm) in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge complete upto all floor level (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
