15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for exterior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: sand) above plinth level to floor two level as per Architectural drawing ,design and specification. as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The rate is including royality,Malkjana,Toll Tax ,GST or other taxes imposed by the Govenment.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of apprived brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to gve and even shade thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remain of loose powdered materials as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The rate is including royality,Malkjana,Toll Tax ,GST or other taxes imposed by the Govenment.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar works complete as per drawing oras per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The rate is including royality,Malkjana,Toll Tax ,GST or other taxes imposed by the Govenment.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2. and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of all labour ,equipementand material to various location through all mode of transporation including all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of octroi , royalty , malkana , toll tax sale tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and Laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 including curing and cost of form work complete and as per direction of engineer -in- charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of octroi , royalty , malkana , toll tax sale tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and Laying heavy duty precast cement concrete 60mm (eighty millimetre) thick interlocking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade including M-30 grade concrete edges blocks 300mm x 300mm x 150mm of gray/coloured over the shade of block including curing, rubbing and polishing complete interlocking concrete block pavement shall consists of surface layer of appropriate sized concrete paving block paved and compacted over thin bedding sand layer of specified grading, which is spresd over a properly constructed and profiled base course and is bounded by properly installed edge restraint .the joint shall be filled by fine sand of specified grading .The concrete paving block shall conform to the relevant IS standard and as per direction of engineer -in- charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of octroi , royalty , malkana , toll tax sale tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Manufacturing & Supply of Fencing Pannel of size 1.80 x 1.20 metres of Jali 25 x 25 mm welded to MS Black Tube 32 mm Dia Dia of 14 guage with MS Flat Cover 20 x 3 mm , MS Hold Fast 7 No made out of MS Flat 32 x 5MM including cutting, welding, painting two coat of red oxide paint complete in all respectas per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The rate is including royality,Malkjana,Toll Tax ,GST or other taxes imposed by the Govenment.
