For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) - Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 ( fifty) micron)

Providing and fixing 12mm ( twelve millimetres ) thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l ( one)Type ll, ( two) in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. .

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium grill (having opening size 70x70mm ( seventy into seventy millimetres) , width 6.75mm( six decimal seven five millimetres) and 3.75mm ( three decimal seven five millimetres) thickness) alongwith 22x12( twenty two into twelve) gauge G.I. fly mesh in the existing aluminium chowkhats using aluminium "Y" section (12.60mm ( twelve decimal sixty millimetres) width, 1.11mm (One decimal one one millimetres) thickness and legs lenth as 34.50mm ( Thirty four decimal five zero millimetres) on one side and 19.50mm ( ninteen decimal five zero millimetres ) on other side weighing 190 gm/m) for housing grill including cost of screws complete including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. .

With float glass panes of 5.50mm( five decimal five zero millimetres) thickness (weight not less than 13.75 kg/sqm ( thirteen point seventy five kilogramm per square metre)

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete. as per HPPWD specification 1990 voume-I, 300x16mm( three hundred into sixteen millimetres) including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. .

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (berrel type) anodized trans parent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete.as per HPPWD specification 1990 voume-I, 150x10 mm ( one hundred fifty into ten millimetres) including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. .

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour & shade with necessary screws etc. complete. 125 mm (one hundred twenty five millimetres) as per HPPWD specification 1990 voume-I including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. .

Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (part 4)- 1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge With semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles.

Steel work in built up section, trusses & framed work, including cutting,hoisting & fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed guards, bars, ladders,railing,brackets & similar works. as per specification volume-I ( one )including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads, lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats on new steel(excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfacs with enemel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matters. Enamel paint other than white, including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. .

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete. including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. .
