Providing and embedding 65 mm (Sixty five millimetre) long staplers for fixing of WWM, including cutting, bending and placing in position all complete as per drawing/ design. (Non Schedule Item) all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 ( seven point five) in super structure above plinth level up to all floor levels in all shapes and sizes with Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses, purlins, rafters, railings and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete (Apollo/Jai Bharat/Tata) including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm (Forty millimetre) dia M.S. tube 1.5 m (One point five metre) centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etcetera and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etcetera complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in- charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris 50mm (Fifty millimetre) average thickness complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced/plain cement concrete/brick masonry/CC block masonry/stone masonry with power driven drill machine in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for anchoring wire mesh including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. up to and including 12 mm (Twelve millimetre) dia. (i) for depth above 200 mm (Two hundred millimetre) up to 300 mm (Three hundred millimetre) complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Drilling suitable holes for dowel bar in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm(One hundred millimetre) upto 200mm(Two hundred millimetre) in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars including fixing the steel/dowel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make including the cost of steel, Upto and including 12mm(Twelve millimetre) dia including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Cleaning of exposed concrete surface of sticking material including loose and foreign material by sand blasting with coarse sand followed by and including cleaning with oil free air blast complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Shotcreting on masonry walls, R.C.C. columns, beams and slabs etc. in layers with approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm (Ten millimetre) maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by Engineer- in- Charge Note: Rates shall include the providing necessary ground wires etc. The levelling gauges, if used, shall be paid for separately. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument. 50 mm (Fifty millimetre) thick in Grade M 30 (M-Thirty) with cement content not less than 340 kg per cum (Three hundred forty kilogramme per cubic metre) complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and inserting 12mm (Twleve millimetre) dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre 20mm to 30mm (Twenty millimetre to thirty millimetre) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm (Thirty millimetre to eighty millimetre) at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Anti-Corrisive-Treatment:- Clean the existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush making the surface free from loose material dirt etc. complete. Applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer (confirming to ASTM B 117 or equivalent) on the rebars. Then applying IPNET RB on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time internal of minimum 4 (four) hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush. (Mode of measurement - per square metre of breakign area of concrete) complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Bond-Coat:- Providing and applying a bonding coat of 1.5 (One point five) Cement : 1 (One) Pidicrete URP or approved equivalent construction chemical to the existing dismantled/ cleaned surface, complete at all levels including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Grounting:- Epoxy pressure grouting: inside voids should be treated and sealed with impermeable non shrinkage low viscous epoxy grouting materials (which are threatening the structural integrity or water rightness with mix density of 1.05 kg/litre (One point zero five kilogramme per litre) and compressive strength (ASTM C579) of 70 MPa at 7 (Seven) days) and then it should be levelled with polymer mortar concrete (PMC). (pressure gauge shall be provided to show delivery pressure of grouting material - vary from 4 kg/cm2 to 6 kg/cm2 (Four kilogramme per square centimetre to six kilogramme per square centimetre) depending upon site condition complete at all levels including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying and injecting into Cracks / Honey Comb approved epoxy base grouting material as per instructions and specifications of the manufacturer. The injection will be done by gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. as per Specifications- Acceptable product make : Pidilite/CICO/CIBA/FOSROC/Fairmate or equivalent complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 ( One cement : Three coarse sand) upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

52 mm (Fifty two millimetre) thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm (Forty millimetre) thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement: two coarse sand: four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) and top layer 12 mm (twleve millimetre) thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (one cement hardener mix: two graded stone aggregate 6 mm (Six millimetre) nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 (two) litre per 50 kg (Fifty millimetre) of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

18mm ( Eighteen millimetre) cement plaster skirting upto 30 cm (thirty centimetre) height with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three course sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junctions with in all floor level/heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per the direction by Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors.40 mm(forty milimeter) wide and 4 mm(four milimeter) thick including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade new work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer (ASIAN/NEROLAC/ICI-DULUX ) including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm (three point eight four kilogramme per ten square metre) (Asian/Nerolac/ICI Dulux) complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm (zero point four eight eight kilogramme per square metere )mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm.(zero point two five three kilogramme per square metere (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (ten centimetre) (c) third layer of 1.5 mm (one point five millimetre) thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm (one point two eight nine killogramme per square metere) mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm (zero point six seven zero killogramme per square metere) and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm.(one point two eight nine killogramme per square metere) This will be allowed to air cure for 4 (four) hours followed by water curing for 48 (fourty eight) hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm (thirty centimetere) on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.
